Poultry industry looks to NatureTech Solutions

For solutions to all the tribulations that face the poultry industry, farm owners and operators are looking for alternatives to standard practices. Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl), generated on site, can answer many woes. By adding HOCl into the water lines at a very low percentage (1-2ppm) will eliminate avian flu, digestive problems, and the spread of Salmonella through the flock. Other benefits include and increased appetite, making it possible to increase market weight faster increasing turns per year.
Trials in Mexico, under the supervision of the Mexican Department of Agriculture, chicken infected with H1N1 were cured in under a week. They increased weight faster, and were overall calmer. This was accomplished by adding 2 ppm HOCl to the drinking water and 5 ppm to the misting system. Cases of "Red Eye" were reduced significantly reducing chicken mortality from crowding.
Currently, trials are underway at a central Pennsylvania turkey farm.
Pictured here is our NTS 5000. It generates HOCl at 30, 50, and 70 ppm FAC (Free Available Chlorine). Using the existing chemical pumps, HOCl is added to the flocks drinking water in the grow-out houses, and can be added to the existing misting system.
