Protecting and Sanitizing Hotels

One of the hardest things to do on a consistent basis, is to clean and sanitize the large number of hotel rooms. This is currently done at a huge expense.

Non-chemical Solution to Protecting Chickens from E-coli, Salmonella, and Bird Fu

Based on the generation of Hypochlorous Acid from our machines, it is fairly easy to protect broilers by injecting two parts per million of hypochlorous acid into their drinking water. It  helps to protect their internal system. This coupled with using five parts per million in the overhead misters, cleans the air from viruses and bacteria that is looming in the chicken house.

Tests in Mexico, have proven that we stopped the chicken flu problem by injecting hypochlorous acid it into their water on test chickens that had H1N1. Post-mortem examination showed that the flu was completely eliminated.

By using the hypochlorous acid in the overhead spray system, there was a dramatic change in the behavior of the chickens. Chickens with "red-eye" cleared up and the chickens were much calmer.

Final results showed, healthier chickens, much calmer, with and additional 3-5 kilo weight gain. Chickens were also market weight a week earlier. Just the final tests prove that we can make healthier chickens with a better weight, and deliver another turn per year for just pennies a gallon. This was done non-chemically.

Is electrolyzed water effective in killing bacteria on fruits?
Yes. At the 220th meeting of scientists of the American Chemical Society, Professor Yen-Con
Hung, professor of Food Sciences at the University of Georgia, reported that in tests on lettuce,
apples, strawberries, cantaloupe and alfalfa sprouts, electrolyzed water was very effective at
killing pathogenic bacteria with no negative effects on quality, appearance or taste.
Where in a food processing operation can electrolyzed water be used?

Can I decrease the number of pathogens on kitchen tools by treating them with acidic electrolyzed water?

A. A study published in the Wellness Directory of Minnesota stated that during poultry washing complete inactivation of C. jeguni occurred within 10 seconds after exposure to electrolyzed water. Additionally, the study concluded that electrolyzed water could also be effective in preventing cross contamination in processing environments.

Q. Can ice made from electrolyzed water preserve fish better than ice made from tap water?
A. As ice made from tap water melts, it literally inoculates sea food with any variety of microorganisms. Scientists in Japan and South Korea tested the effects of ice made from electrolyzed water on a variety of pathogens including Pseudomonas flourescens, Pseudomonas putida, E. Coli O157:H7, Vibrio vulnificus and Vibrio parahaemolyticus on Saury Oysters and shrimp. Test results determined that all of the mentioned above organisms were significantly reduced when 500 ml of bacterial suspensions were treated with 5 gallons of crushed electrolyzed ice for more than 30 seconds. The electrolyzed ice reduced coliforms and aerobes by 2.0 to 3.0 log CFU/m. The results suggest that the use of electrolyzed ice can be more.
